Adam Doueihi has re-committed to the West Tigers for a further season as he prepares to return to the NRL after a lengthy injury absence.

Doueihi has been named among the reserves for the club’s round 16 clash against the Raiders, with the Lebanese international hopeful of a first grade return soon.

“He is a tremendously talented footballer whose resilience and mental toughness cannot be questioned. And more importantly, he is a very good person.”

With 87 games to his name and the ability to cover a plethora of positions, Doueihi could be a valuable asset to Marshall for the next year and beyond.

In the black and gold, the utility feels he still has a lot of opportunity to grow.

“I’m still only 25 and I know my best years are ahead of me,” he stated.

“I’ll be working as hard as I can over the rest of this season and next season and I’m excited about the years ahead.”

Doueihi’s future at the Tigers is probably in the centres or on lock because the team has four other playmakers signed for 2025 and beyond: Latu Fainu, Lachlan Galvin, Jayden Sullivan, and Jarome Luai.
