Three months have passed since David’s disappearance.
Unfortunately, the body of a missing Louth man has been found in a Lincolnshire woodland area.

On Monday, September 5, David Peat, 55, was found in a piece of land close to Kenwick Hill Roundabout after going missing on Sunday, June 5. What happened to David and how the body was found are still unknown.

 

The coroner has now received a file and will investigate the cause of his untimely death. Since the initial plea, Lincolnshire Police have made repeated requests for assistance in finding David following his disappearance.

Five days after the initial report of his disappearance, Lincolnshire Police published a new photo of him requesting any assistance in finding him. They indicated at the time that they were worried about his well-being and sought for assistance by looking through CCTV and doorbell recordings.

David's body has sadly been discovered after being missing for two months

At approximately 11:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 5, David was last spotted in the Louth region. He was dressed in brown walking trainers, a black mid-length jacket and black jogging pants.
